About Bitreactive

Bitreactive is a new spin-off from NTNU with the mission is to help other companies and developers to build complex applications that cross the borders of mobile, embedded and cloud-based computing. Examples for such applications are logistics applications based on RFID and NFC technology, sensor networks or smart metering.

The company is built around the Arctis tool, a game-changing software development kit that creates applications from software building blocks. These building blocks encapsulate and protect code written to solve a certain problem, and Arctis allows developers to create, share, and combine building blocks to build complete systems. The innovation lies in the way Arctis compiles applications from building blocks, with a high degree of reuse, graphical interfaces for the application logic and mathematical search for design flaws.
